Two Rivers Inn Policies:
Pet Policy:
Dogs are welcome at a fee of $20 per dog per day, please clean up after your pet using our pet clean up station. Due to allergy concerns cats are not allowed. Pet's left in the room alone need to be kenneled.
Cancellation Policy:
- Travelers who cancel 24 hours or more before 4:00 PM MST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
- Travelers who cancel less than 24 hours before 4:00 PM MST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.
Long Term Stays:
Currently no long terms stays are available due to summer busy season.
Room Service:
Daily housekeeping is available by request for longer stays, just let us know if you need fresh towels, trash pickup, extra coffee, or a room refresh.
Property Damage Policy
There is a $100 per stay damage deposit due prior to occupancy. Guests that damage the motel or motel property are subject to the following payments:
$600 – For destroying, staining, tearing or otherwise rendering a bed unusable.
$200 – For damage to any bed stand
$65 – For staining, tearing or otherwise rendering a bed sheet set unusable.
$85 – For staining, tearing or otherwise rendering a bed spread unusable.
$10 – For staining, tearing or otherwise rendering a face towel unusable per unit.
$15 – For staining, tearing or otherwise rendering a Hand Towels unusable per unit.
$80 – For staining, tearing or otherwise rendering a Body Towels unusable per unit.
$250 – For damage to refrigerator requiring replacement.
$150 – For damage to Microwave requiring replacement.
$50 – For damage to Coffee Pot requiring replacement.
$50 – For damage to Chairs requiring replacement per unit.
$500 – For damage to Windows requiring replacement per window.
$500 – For damage to Toilet requiring replacement or repair.
$500 – For damage to Sink requiring replacement or repair.
$35 – For damage to Bath/shower curtain requiring replacement.
$50 – For damage or theft of Shower head.
$500 – For damage to Doors requiring replacement or repair.
$200 – For damage to Curtains requiring replacement.
$1,500 – For damage to Carpet requiring replacement.
$300 – For damage to tables requiring replacement.
$400 – For damage to Dresser requiring replacement or repair per unit.
$500 – For damage to Ceiling fan/light requiring repair or replacement per unit.
$25 – For not cleaning up after your pet per stay.
$25 – For not using the cigarette disposal container per stay.
$600 – For theft or damage to room tv.
$1,200 – For damage requiring replacement or repair of room air conditioner or heater.
$50 - For leaving room in excessively dirty condition including trash on floor, surfaces, dirty microwave and/or refrigerator.
This is not a all-inclusive list and additional fees may apply based on any destruction, vandalism or theft of motel property.
Quiet Hours & Property Rules:
To ensure all guests enjoy their stay we request that guests observe the following rules:
- Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please do not run cars, play music, talk loud, use firepit or otherwise disturb other guests.
- If you use the firepit please fully extinguish the firepit and clean out pit. Do not put hot ashes into the trash cans or dumpster.
- Please clean the grill after use and pick up any trash
- Please pick up after your pet.
- No smoking in the parking lot or in front of rooms. Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area by the cigarette disposal unit.
- Please put all trash in trash cans provided.
- Please use designated parking areas and do not block other guests.
